1. How long does it take to ship orders / Do you ship internationally?

FAQ Corset TopOrders ship within 24 hours of receipt via UPS or USPS, Monday through Friday. A tracking number will be emailed to you.

UPS Ground takes 2-5 days, while shipping with USPS takes 3-4 days. Typically orders cost around $10* to ship. Overnight shipping is available at check-out.

UPS does not deliver on Saturdays or to P.O. Boxes. We are unable to ship orders on and observe all postal holidays. You can check USPS and UPS 2016 postal holidays directly by clicking on the hyperlinks.

International Shipping: United States Postal Service offers Priority & Express Mail. Priority delivers in 6-10 business days, and typically costs around $24*. Express Mail delivers in 5-7 business days, typically costs around $34*.

International orders may be delayed at customs.

2. What are your exact shipping costs?

Shipping fees are determined by the weight of your order. After adding products to your cart you'll be able to estimate shipping for your specific location. You'll also be able to see the price difference for expedited shipping.

3. Where are you located? Can I come in to shop/pick out a corset?

Our office and warehouse are located in Austin, TX; however, we do not have a physical storefront that is open to customers just dropping by and the address posted on our website is for an offsite location (UPS store) where we receive packages. We do offer fittings at the office on a case-by-case basis, by appointment only. Customers are welcome to email or call to request a fitting appointment. Because we don't have a storefront or a display area, it is necessary to have an idea of 2-4 corsets you would like to try prior to coming in. Fitting appointments must be made in advance (same day appointments are not usually possible) and are limited to 45 minutes. If you would like to make an appointment for a group fitting please include this information when you contact us. Small group fittings of 2-3 people may be possible, but tend to be a less personal experience as less time can be spent on each individual.

4. What is your return policy?

You may return or exchange your corset within 45 days of purchase.  Corsets must be in new condition. You can find our general return and exchange policies here.

We know how challenging it may be to order the correct size so we'll cover shipping costs back to you on your first exchange (US retail customers only). Customers are always responsible to ship corsets back to us. We do not provide call tags or pre-paid return shipping labels except in the event of an order mistake on our part or a manufacturing error reported within the regular 45 day return and exchange period.

5. Do you ship discreetly?

We use either the provided Priority Mail or Express Mail box for all USPS orders and a plain brown box for UPS orders.

Our return address does say Timeless Trends. If you'd like for us to substitute our name with Shipping Department please let us know during check-out in the notes field.

6. Can a corset help me lose weight?

Along with a healthy diet and proper exercise, corsets have been shown to assist in weight loss for some people by constricting the stomach and making you feel full sooner. As with any lifestyle change, results will vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.

Always consult your physician before starting a new diet.

7. Do you offer custom corsets?

Not yet. We've set the industry standard for affordability creating quality off-the-rack corsets. We plan to expand our collection soon and offer custom corsets.

Wholesale customers:

We have additional styles only available to our wholesale clients. After logging in with a wholesale ID you'll see a wholesale category appear in our left side menu.

We also offer custom corsets in bulk. If you have a fabric, or would like us to find a specific fabric for you, we can create an entire line for you. For more information please contact us.

8. Are corsets comfortable?

Yes, a good quality corset like ours is comfortable for most body types. It will fit snugly and is very supportive. Our corsets are made with flexible spiral steel stays so they actually conform to the natural curves of your body. They won't give you that uncomfortable poking feeling that occurs with corsets of lesser quality.

10. Do you offer additional laces or ribbons for your corsets?

Our corsets come with the lace or ribbon shown in the photo. We do offer additional laces and ribbons that may be purchased here.

11. Are certain corsets more durable than others?

Our corsets are all constructed with 3 layers of high quality fabric and between 26 and 28 pieces of steel (depending on the cut of the corset), making all of them very durable.

Regardless if the outer layer of fabric is a heavy leather or light satin all of our corsets are guaranteed for life because they are all very durable.

12. How do I wash my corset?

We recommend dry cleaning only. You may spot clean your corset with a damp cloth without harming it.

13. May I dye my white corset another color?

We do not recommend dying any of our corsets except our 100% cotton Dyeable Corsets.

14. What methods of payment do you accept?

During check out you'll have the option to choose to pay with a major credit card or PayPal.

15. Are the model's outfits for sale as well?

No.  Model's provide their own outfits.  We only sell the corset from each photo.

16. Do you have catalogues or coupons?

No. We are an online only company so print catalogues really don't make sense for us when everything is available to view on our website. Because inventory is constantly changing print catalogues would also almost immediately be out of date! While we do run sales from time to time we do not currently offer coupons; however, our sale/clearance corsets can be viewed here.
